"Le Domaine de Pecany"

Ideally located between Black Perigord and Purple Perigord,,

our domain is on the edge of the Forest "The Béssède".

At the heart of the valley of the Dordogne, Between Sarlat and Bergerac, our domain is close to paths for short walks or longer hiking on the surrounding paths. You can discover our beautiful region et ces multiples trésors : Castles, abbeys, caves and chasms, parks and gardens, bastides, towns and villages.. 

At the Domaine de Pécany you will find, whatever your rental, an unobstructed view of the campagne and the woods. You will be welcomed in an atmosphere family, peaceful and restful because we pay particular attention to comfort and at the tranquility of each, so that you spend pleasant vacation in family. vacation in family..

This old farm is composed of a set of buildings transformed into 3 Charming cottages. We wanted to preserve the authenticity and history of the place while offering modern comfort 

The Domaine is made up of 3 lodgings:

•  The large home for 12 people and its private swimming pool
•  The stone and wood cottafe for 6 people with a charming shared swimming pool 
•  The charming caravan for 2 people with a charming shared swimming pool

The other part of the Estate is made up of the common areas and the the Residential Leisure Park or campsite / village of lodgings We then find the games and meeting room, the covered and heated swimming pool, the play areas for the little ones, the library, the table of ping-pong, the baby foot, the bowling alley and his ground of volleyball / badminton..

La Noix de Pecan'y has several types of accommodation:

• 10 accommodation mainly made of wood in various styles: mobile homes, chalet-style looks and a chalet all with covered terrace
• 4 White Mobile Homes including one adapted for people with reduced mobility with covered terrace
• 2 Lodge cabins all equipped
• 2 trailers for couple

All shops and doctors at Buisson de Cadouin (2 km), supermarket in Siorac en Périgord (5 km).

Swimming pools

Our domain is turned from the beautiful days towards the nature. You can enjoy one of the swimming pools depending on your location.

The cottage La Tabatière has a beautiful private swimming pool of 10 mx 5 m with its deckchairs For sunbathe and there loosen.

The cottage Les Figuiers and the charming Caravan share a pretty little hexagonal pool? semi buried equipped with deckchairs.

The tenants of Les Figuiers and the caravan will also be able to access the large pool covered and heated of the residential leisure park from the beautiful season. The children will be very happy to meet their holiday buddies there and to take advantage for the little ones of the beach kids.. The swimming pool of the Residential Leisure Park is covered and heated (solar system). 

Summer season activities

In summer you will be invited toaperitif Sunday evening which is in the big game room et d’accueil ou au snack du parc résidentiel de loisirs.

We will present to you the domain and its surroundings, all walks possible by starting from your place of vacation. We will advise you for your visits in Perigord while tasting from quality regional products. It will also be an opportunity to meet other holidaymakers staying at the estate.

At the Snack / Bar:

Every Wenesday evening in season we organize a meal "
* A meal « barbecue canard » based on regional products, served with fries or Sarladaise potatoes.
But also a "pizza night" and an  "burgers fries".

Group rental

Rental of 3 Charming cottages or Groups (16 to 20 people) in free management for privileged moments with friends or family., the time of a week-end or more our charming cottages, "The snuff-box", The trailer 'The Fig", « La mésange ».

The view is clear on the countryside and the woods. 

The cottages of the Domaine are independent from the Residential Leisure Park / campsite holiday village which is located on another part of the estate. There is possibility to rent wooden mobile homes in addition in the Residential Leisure Park mobils home for groups of more than 20 people.
